In brief

Polishing, surface preparation, electroplating or ED coating, and final inspection stay within our own factory. Production is compared with the approved physical sample, so coordinated fittings are managed for consistency across parts and repeat orders.

Colour on metal is not something applied at the end. It is the result of everything beneath it: the base material, the polish, the cleaning, the bath and the time. The people responsible for each step work from the same approved sample — and a question about a finish can be answered at the line, not between companies.

One Part, Five Connected Steps.

Follow a single component through finishing. Each step sets the conditions for the next, which is why we keep them within one production system.

  1. 01

    Polishing

The surface is brought to the flatness and grain the finish requires. Plating reveals a surface; it does not hide one.

  2. 02

    Surface Preparation

Cleaning and pre-treatment remove polishing residue and prepare the metal to accept the coating.

  3. 03

    Plating

Components are racked and processed on our own electroplating and ED-coating lines.

  4. 04

    Rinsing and Drying

Parts are rinsed and dried so that the finished surface is clean and stable before handling.

  5. 05

    Inspection

The finished part is compared with the approved sample before it is released to assembly and packing.

The Approved Sample Is the Reference.

A finish is agreed on a physical part, not on a screen. Once you approve a sample, it becomes the reference that production and inspection work to — for the first order and for the repeat orders that follow.

When a range includes parts of different shapes and base materials, we review them together, because the same finish can read differently on a flat cover plate and a turned knob.

Technical notes

Technical Details.

Processes
Electroplating and ED (electrophoretic) coating, operated in-house at our factory in Vietnam.
What affects colour
Base material, surface preparation, part geometry, position on the rack and bath condition all influence the result — which is why we control them together.
Approval and acceptance
Finishes are approved on physical samples. The acceptance method — a master sample, or an agreed sample range — is defined with the customer before production.
Care
Clean plated finishes with mild, non-abrasive products. Abrasives and aggressive chemical cleaners can damage any plated surface.
